















After having successfully launched Sajala at Lonavla, the client once again called upon YOUNG to brand their new project in Talegaon, close to Pune. YOUNG’s services included creating a whole new concept for this project. The location was tucked at the foot of a hill with a natural contour that enabled us to think beyond the box and ideate around global living experiences with local flavour.
After understanding the target audience, we found out that most of the potential buyers for this project would be from Mumbai or Pune. In order to offer an innovative way of living, we introduced the Spanish theme for the product design. Alongwith Architect Reza Kabul, the product was designed with several Spanish elements & features which also included Villas, Row Houses and Apartments. Right from the name “Sierra Vista” all branding and communication material was inspired by the Spanish Arhitecture. The product was planned to meet various budgets and the communication motivated audiences and encouraged them to invest in this gated community.
On the day the product was launched, 82 units were sold out. The unique concept around Spanish architecture caught the eyes of the well-travelled which resulted in 82 units selling on the day of he launch itself.
