Sarthak Sikdar is a seasoned digital strategist and entrepreneur with a decade of hands-on industry experience, having started his career at a young age. As a partner at Youngistan Creatives, he drives transformative digital strategies and heads multiple ventures he founded, including EventAtScale, a specialized agency for Dubai’s event companies and BuildAtScale, an IT solutions firm serving global healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce clients. Previously, at Contrado Imaging, a multimillion-dollar UK-based company spanning 14 international markets, Sarthak was pivotal in generating B2B revenue through targeted digital advertising. With a bachelor’s degree and advanced software certifications, he is primarily self-taught and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, personally consulted over 100 brands so far and leading impactful growth across industries.

Anup has also been a part of the core team which set up India's first retail media company Future Media Â? where he served as the Business Head for the audio visual media vertical.

The founder of Young distributes his zeal and energies between overseeing the performance of all Young verticals, driving new business development, and thinking up big ideas to set Young apart from the crowd. Not really a surprising package to expect from a professional who has pioneered several innovations during his 14 year stint at the Bennett Coleman Company Group, the Times Property supplement being a fitting example. Wilfred has also been the Chief Marketing Officer at Ekta World.

Anmol, fully justifies her name by being a priceless resource at Youngistan. Her infectious energy, willingness to accept challenges and commitment to all tasks, big or small, make her a very competent member of the Client Servicing Team.

Equipped with an LLB & Bachelor of Arts Degree, she’s a mix of fine talent and tenacity which she applies at work to get things moving.

It’s not just work that she’s passionate about, but fun as well. She’s a theatre artist with 7 plays to her credit, and she loves to dance, sing, act and play badminton when she needs to let her hair down a bit.
