Our client had got into a joint development with a land owner to develop 67 luxury villas in Lonavala. Our client was keen to work with us for the same. When we understood the finances for the project, we realised it was extremely important to plan the finances for this project. or else the developer would have to stop the project midway without completing it due to lack of financial planning. We felt it was critical to get the financial closure. We then went on for a successful launch of Sajala at Lonavala, the client called upon YOUNG to brand their project and when we visited the site we realised that the site was mostly covered with Myst & so we branded it as Sajala, which means mist in Sanskrit. YOUNG’s services included creating a whole new concept for this project. The location was on a hill with a natural greenery & mist all through the monsoons that enabled us to think beyond the box and ideate around Indian living experiences with global flavour.
After understanding the target audience, we found out that most of the potential buyers for this project would be from Mumbai or Pune. In order to offer an innovative way of living, we identified a rendering company who specialised in Villas and thus began the journey for creation of renders. The Baroque architecture theme for the product design. Along with Architect Druti Sankpal, the product was designed with several global elements & features like a centre Armani Flooring, Bang & Olafsson sound systems, Bose out door music & several other sustainable features which also included in the Villas and common areas. Right from the name “Sajala” all branding and communication material was inspired by the Baroque Architecture. The product was planned to meet various budgets and the communication motivated audiences and encouraged them to invest in this gated community.
On the day the product was launched,6 units were sold out. The unique concept around this architecture caught the eyes of the well-travelled which resulted in 6 units selling on the day of he launch itself. Each units was priced at 5 crores back in 2012
